On the evening of Thursday 2 April, as the seven-way debate between the party leaders was drawing to a close, a Twitter user calling himself. 



This shows the impact off new digital media that it has influenced the biggest election in years and it is helping some parties like UKIP. Last election UKIP werent even in the running and know they are the second most mentioned on the biggest social media platform.
